* This Service we will review ALL OF YOUR planetary placements that influence your life giving you a full scope of who you are and provide clarity from purpose, challenges, love life, career and more! Your Birth Chart reading will consist of a 90 min phone/video call, 1-on-1 experience. Using your designated birthday, birth time, and birth location, we will be able to retrieve your Celestial Birth Chart with all of its planetary locations referencing the Zodiacs that most closely influence your life experiences as well your perceived personality. We will also use Numerology science to assist in further detailing the direction that the cosmos have, are and will take you. No one persons birth chart is identical to another, so there will be variations from person to person in these readings.
Cancelation Policy
•DUÜBLÉ/BROTHER LOGAS WILL CALL YOU AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT •10 Minute Grace Period, After the Grace Period Appointment will be considered a "No-Show." NO REFUNDS ISSUED for No-Shows • Be advised All Sessions Not Cancelled Or Rescheduled Within 12 Hours Of Your Booked Session are not eligible for a refund. • All Sessions That Are Seeking To Be Rescheduled Must Be Emailed To Crystalinemars@gmail.com and Be Within The 12 Hour Period of your session. If for any reason you miss the 12 hour window, A $35 Dollar Rescheduling Fee will incur. • All Sessions Cancelled Within 12 Hours: Refunds will be available minus a 10% handling fee if cancellation is made within the 12 hour cancellation period. All refunds will be issued on payment method on file. Allow up to 7 – 10 business days for a refund. • Credit Can Be Offered Based On Discretion Of Crystaline Mars. • Crystaline Mars has the right to refuse service & will issue a full refund if payment was made. Most refunds are issued within 7 - 10 business days. • Customer Satisfaction is our number one concern and our team works diligently to expedite these matters.
